What we collect
- When you ask for a quote: your name and phone number; your email address if you give it; your town; whether the court is for tennis, pickleball or both; the services you tick; the number of courts if you give it; and anything you write about the court. We also record the time of the request, the page you sent it from and your browser’s user-agent string, and use your IP address briefly to stop automated spam.
- Visit statistics: we don’t use tracking cookies or analytics.
- Two browser settings: the site stores a small first-party flag in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation only plays once per visit, and, only if you press “Pause motion”, a flag in local storage that remembers that choice. Neither is sent anywhere.
How we use it
To reply to your quote request and talk with you about your court, and to keep the site working and secure. We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site for us, under their own privacy terms: Google Firebase (website hosting, the database that stores quote requests, and the server code that receives them) and [ASK CLIENT: the email provider that delivers quote requests to you, e.g. Google Workspace / Gmail]. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it

Do Not Track
This site doesn’t track visitors across other websites, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
