Faded color, texture worn smooth where players push off, lines gone gray: all of that is wear on top, and the pavement under it may still hold its shape. Surface work like that is ours: cracks filled, low spots leveled, acrylic resurfacer and textured color coats, fresh lines, and pickleball lines if you want them. A Langhorne court whose base is breaking up or settling needs more than new coats. One coating maker’s specification says acrylic systems can’t fix cracked, deteriorating or damaged pavement, and rebuilding it is paving work that has to come first. Find out which of the two jobs your court needs before choosing colors.
A university campus straddles a municipal line, partly in Langhorne Manor and partly in Middletown Township. Langhorne Borough takes up about half a square mile; the Manor, a separate borough of about 0.6 square miles, borders it to the south; and Middletown, about 19 square miles, surrounds both boroughs, along with Penndel and Hulmeville. The 19047 ZIP code covers Langhorne Borough and most of the township. We work in all three, on single backyard courts and on banks of club, school and association courts. Whichever one your court sits in, you’ll talk to Bill Ferguson, based here in Bucks County.
